Alice is an established chef, recipe writer, food and props stylist with over five years experience.
You can find her in the kitchen when she's not on a job, cooking for friends and family and experimenting with new dishes.
With the guidance of her parents (and Keith Floyd), she has been cooking from a young age, encouraging a lust for creativity and exploring new tastes and flavours. With a background in cheffing and experience of working with several street food businesses (including her own - Holy Pierogi), she has a strong knowledge of food, cuisines and recipes.
A regular traveller too, she likes to immerse herself in different food cultures. On a recent trip to Macedonia, she spent several evenings learning recipes from a friend’s grandmother and making their national speciality, avjar, a relish of roasted red peppers cooked on an outdoor stove.
As a food and props stylist, Alice is experienced at working on set with your team and photographer. Clients include: Field&flower, Heartier, Tesco and Sensodyne.
Also has also assisted several top food stylists on cook book, editorial, video and commercial shoots. She has assisted on shoots for Waitrose, Tesco, Grand Marnier, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Thomson Holidays, Delicious Magazine, Observer Food Monthly, The Sunday Times Magazine and Home and Garden Magazine.
